The campaign takes place in the setting of the Eight Realms. Just over a century ago these realms were prosperous and culturally rich. Now, they are recovering from the Darkening, a reckoning that shattered the realms and sewing chaos throughout the countryside. Creatures, factions, and ancient evils are taking advantage of this misfortune leading to the call for heroes.
